Responsibilities

• Screens and redirects calls appropriately.
• Composes and types messages using staff messaging systems.
• Calls patients as requested by staff and manages appointment reminders.
• Schedules, cancels, and confirms appointments; handles records requests.
• Maintains practice files and communicates professionally with patients and staff.
• Delivers excellent customer service and creates a welcoming environment.
• Maintains a positive attitude and uses communication devices properly.
