Job summary

Via seeks a part-time Driver Operations Specialist to support driver partners, improve their first experiences, and manage accounts. You will engage with drivers, resolve issues, and champion Via services while delivering friendly, world-class support.

The role is in the Milwaukee, Madison, or Appleton area, with EST hours 10:00 AM–6:30 PM and occasional weekend shifts. Approximately 30 hours per week, contract position.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills with commonly used office tools.
• Ability to listen well and engage with drivers empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line, speaking with driver partners to help improve their first experience with Via or manage their accounts.
• Tackle a variety of customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Become an expert on Via services and share knowledge with drivers.
