Job summary

Via is seeking a part-time Driver Operations Specialist to serve as the front line for driver partners, helping improve their first experience with Via and managing accounts. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class customer service while acting as a bridge between drivers and the Via team.

Based in the Milwaukee, Madison, or Appleton area, you will work approximately 30 hours per week, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST, with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

Clear communication with strong reading and writing skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and CRM tools.
Excellent listening and conversational abilities.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Willing to wear multiple hats and work on varied projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the front line, speaking with driver partners to improve their first experience with Via or manage their accounts.
Tackle a fast-paced array of customer issues.
Become an expert on our services and represent Via’s driver experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service to driver partners and find ways to delight customers.
Identify trends and pain points and brainstorm improvements.
Channel driver feedback to product, tech, and marketing teams.
