Job summary

Via is looking for a part-time Driver Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for our driver partners, ensuring their accounts and experiences start smoothly while you remain on the ground in the Milwaukee area. You'll tackle a range of issues in a fast-paced environment, become an expert on Via's services, and find creative ways to make drivers feel valued.

This role blends customer care with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack; CRM like Salesforce a plus.
• Strong listening and customer-service orientation.
• Must reside in Milwaukee-, Madison-, or Appleton-area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line, speaking with driver partners to help improve their first experience with Via or manage their accounts.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment tackling an array of customer issues.
• Become an expert on Via services and spread the love of Via everywhere.
• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service to our driver partners, finding new ways to smile.
• Notice trends and pain points, then brainstorm solutions to improve every experience.
• Coordinate with management to channel feedback to tech/marketing/design/product teams.
• Learn our tools & product, while supporting other teams.
