Job summary

Via is seeking a Support Specialist to help driver-partners have smooth interactions and to deliver exceptional service to riders. This in-person role is based in Summit County, Utah, near Park City, with a shift from 3:00PM to 1:00AM.

You will be the frontline contact, tackling a range of customer issues, learning Via services deeply, and promoting a high-quality experience for both partners and riders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line, supporting driver-partners.
• Tackle a range of customer issues with poise and professionalism.
• Become an expert on Via services and advocate for riders and partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to riders and partners.
• Identify trends and pain points and suggest improvements.
• Channel customer feedback to technology, marketing, design, and product teams.
