Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Driver/Generalist in Lynn, MA for Monday–Friday shifts totaling 30 hours per week. Responsibilities include transporting individuals to day services and residences, providing support in transportation, day, or residential settings, and assisting with personal care when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of driving experience, and a valid MA or neighboring state license with a clean driving record. Training and benefits are provided by Bridgewell.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 19 years or older with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Valid MA or neighboring state driver\'s license; clean driving record within last ten years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport persons served to and from day services and residences on morning and afternoon routes.
• Assist passengers in entering/exiting vehicle and ensure seatbelts/wheelchairs are secured.
• Interact with passengers, family members, and staff with patience and sensitivity.
• Maintain vehicle safety and perform routine vehicle checks and minor maintenance tasks.
