Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Classroom Aide/Driver 3 to transport individuals to day services and to implement and supervise personalized training programs. You will manage case notes, help with routine program duties, and ensure safety and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of driving experience, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 20.5 years of age or older with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals on day service plan objectives.
• Data collection on progress toward goals.
• Daily documentation of medical data or target behaviors.
• Assist with program upkeep, route safety, and vehicle procedures.
• Participate in required meetings and complete administrative duties.
• Maintain all certifications including FA/CPR and BABC.
• Manage entering/exiting the vehicle and ensure seatbelts are secured.
