Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Classroom Aide/Driver 3 in Lynn, MA to transport individuals to and from day service programs and support them with training and case management. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours/week), with responsibilities across programmatic duties and safety checks.

You will maintain certifications, follow routes, document data, and participate in meetings while ensuring confidentiality and respectful interactions with participants and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Must interact with patience and sensitivity with individuals, residential staff, families, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with and train individuals on day service plan objectives.
• Collect data on goals for each individual.
• Document medical data or target behaviors daily.
• Participate in programmatic duties (arrivals, breaks, meals, departures).
• Maintain program upkeep, follow cleaning schedule, report maintenance issues.
