Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Massachusetts to support individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. The role involves hands-on daily living support, skills training, and assisting with medical and community activities within a residential program.

Shifts include Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays totaling about 35 hours per week. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to drive a large vehicle with a valid US license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of verified experience in the same position required.
• 1 year of experience with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and skills training in daily living activities across day/evening/overnight shifts.
• Support people to develop independence and decision making in community and home settings.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and maintain required certifications.
