BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support to join our center. You will engage with donors, perform screening, and help maintain high safety and quality standards in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and donor compensation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and initiate changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
