Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring for a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support role. You will engage with donors, perform phlebotomy tasks, and report to the Plasma Center Manager. The position emphasizes reliability during scheduled hours and a commitment to customer service and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to stand for shifts, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and donor safety is prioritized.

Qualifications

• Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for shift durations and lift light weights.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger sticks as needed.
• Maintain donor charts in the information system and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center operations and suggest process improvements following procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
