Pet Partners is seeking a part-time Development Associate in Bellevue, WA to support the Development Team with donor stewardship tasks including gift processing, acknowledgement letters, and daily reconciliation. The role handles data entry in Salesforce, prepares reports, and assists with campaign logistics.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of donor CRM experience, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM; Salesforce preferred.
• Able to manage high-volume gift processing with accuracy.
• Strong written/verbal communication in a donor relations context.

Responsabilités

• Process mailed-in donations and enter into Salesforce accurately.
• Maintain donor files with consistency and attention to detail.
• Create and run reports; build mailing lists for campaigns.
• Prepare timely gift acknowledgment letters and pledge reminders.
• Assist with mailing tribute letters and other donor recognition materials.
• Support with logging Log-a-Visit posts and updating donor accounts.
