River Garden Senior Services - River Garden Hebrew Home For The Aged is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team. The role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, handling calls, information, and scheduling with a warm, professional demeanor.

Key duties include greeting guests, directing calls, providing community information, assisting with mail sorting and data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception

Qualifications

• Two to three years customer service experience preferred; Minimum of two years experience as a receptionist required.
• Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately.
• Provide general information about the community and services.
• Assist with mail sorting, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with community protocols.
• Communicate effectively with staff across all departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
