Four Seasons Retirement Center is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the first friendly face for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will support daily operations, answer calls, direct inquiries, and help with safety and visitor procedures.

The role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming, secure community for residents and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in receptionist, call-center, administrative, or related role preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and employees and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Answer and directincoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Assist visitors with information, visitation procedures, and community safety requirements.
• Help maintain visitor logs, identification badges, and other security procedures.
• Maintain organized records, files, supplies, and reception areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure needs and requests are addressed promptly.
• Report safety, security, or emergency concerns to appropriate leadership.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
