Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Clemmons, NC area. You will provide daily living assistance, skill-building, and community integration.

This role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work 4pm-8pm Monday through Friday. Training includes documentation in the EHR and strict HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete background checks and TB health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with ADLs and goal completion per support plan.
• Provide direct care and skill-building support.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Document activities timely in the EHR.
• Engage with individuals in home and community settings.
• Respect rights and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Follow policies, maintain professional boundaries, and report concerns as mandated.
• Demonstrate proficiency with required technology; perform duties during shifts.
