Capital One is hiring a Part Time Branch Ambassador at Stacy Rd in Fairview, TX. You will serve as the face of our hospitality-focused environment, guiding customers through in-branch and digital banking experiences with warmth and attentiveness.

You’ll educate clients on mobile tools, assist with deposits and transactions, and help customers achieve their financial goals in a fast-paced, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while following security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to uncover client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with warmth in a high-volume setting.
