Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (Distributed Computer Systems Analyst) to provide desktop and network support for local users. This role focuses on analyzing hardware, software, and network issues and assisting with office network layouts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, supporting Microsoft Office, and installing equipment.

Qualifications

Communicate verbally and/or in writing to guide end users.
Two years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office.
Two years of work-related experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining computer hardware/software.
Two years of work-related experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems in an office environment.

Responsibilities

Analyzing and coordinating resolution of hardware, software, and network communication problems
Assisting with planning and designing of office network layouts
Evaluating the effectiveness of hardware, software, and communication performance
Researching and recommending improvements and solutions
Installing and maintaining an inventory of computers and electronic equipment
Providing training and support to peers and other teams
