Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Experience with computer hardware, desktop operating systems, and common software applications.
• Experience troubleshooting common technical issues such as password resets, account access, printing, or connectivity problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Follow ITSM incident and request management processes.
• Assist staff and external customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Train users on equipment and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and users.
