Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide routine daily care for residents on the Day Shift. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and adherence to each resident's service plan.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and social engagement, report changes promptly, and follow infection control practices. Part-time hours are 7am-1pm, with a rotating weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using proper techniques and equipment.
• Communicate changes or concerns to a supervisor promptly, including incident reports.
• Assist residents to walk with or without devices as instructed and encourage social participation.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide care as needed while ensuring safety and infection control.
