Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking Caregivers for Full Time and Part Time roles in Minnesota to provide routine daily care in a respectful, resident-centered manner. The successful candidate will support ADLs, mobility, and social activities while following care plans and safety protocols.

Shifts include Day, Evening and Night with wages of $18-$23 per hour based on experience. Prior home care exposure is preferred, with a focus on dignity and quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Communicate observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities and outings.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and provide care as needed.
• Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines.
