Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring.
• Assist with moving residents using safe techniques and equipment.
• Provide routine daily care and medication services per plan.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
• Support resident participation in activities and social interaction.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration.
