Ivy Tech Sellersburg Campus is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach Data Analytics, Informatics, and Software Development starting Fall 2026 and beyond. Courses run on campus, 8-week format, one or two days per week, daytime or evening hours.

Adjuncts deliver effective instruction, maintain FERPA-compliant records, and contribute to student learning under school policies and common syllabi. This pool will remain open for future openings.

Qualifications

• Faculty must meet program standards via one of five routes described in the Education section.
• Transcripts must be unofficial at application; official transcripts upon hire.
• Candidates should have the ability to teach across listed IT topics.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classes on campus for 8-week terms, one or two days per week.
• Assess student work and maintain attendance and grading records.
• Engage with students in a meaningful, productive way per FERPA policies.
• Support course objectives aligned with school syllabi; other duties as assigned.

Formation

Master’s degree OR higher in relevant IT/CS field

Regionally accredited degree requirements (per routes 2–5)

Professional certification or experience in IT fields (as applicable)

Documentation of teaching excellence or related credentials (as applicable)

Two years of professional IT work (per routes 2–5)
