The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills, with a positive, outgoing demeanor and the ability to work with customers and vendors. Part-time schedule and a casual dress code apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards and wear appropriate Bass Pro/Cabela’s attire.
• Check in returned merchandise and handle related logs.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor badges.
• Inform customers about events and promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryways and work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Coordinate firearm check-in with Outfitters; do not handle weapons yourself.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
