Bass Pro Shops in Tacoma is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and provide front-end support. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, directing guests, and distributing promotional materials while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting in-store programs, processing returns, managing visitor logs, and supporting events.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops dress code and professional image.
• Check in customer merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Inform customers about events, promotions and distribute materials.
• Keep entryway and work area clean, safe and organized.
• Assist with firearms guest check-in following SOP (do not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
