Ideal candidates have high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to new processes. This role offers part-time hours and employee discounts along with other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code.
• Checks in merchandise for returns and manages visitor logs.
• Distributes promotional materials and informs customers of events and promotions.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding area are clean, tidy and safe.
• Coordinates firearm check-in with Outfitter per SOP (greeters do not handle firearms).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
