Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome customers and support front-end tasks. The role emphasizes friendly service, brand-aligned appearance, and assistance with promotions and event information. You will help ensure clean, safe entry areas and smooth check-in for returns and visitors.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with prior customer service experience. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.75 per hour, with benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards and follows dress code.
• Checks in returns and vendor representatives with proper logging.
• Provides information on events, sales, and promotions to customers.
• Keeps entryways and work areas clean, tidy, and safe for guests.
• Assists with firearm guest check-in as required by SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
