Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers at the store entrance and provide outstanding service. You will promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pickup, and other programs while modeling our brand image with proper attire and welcoming body language.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time position with benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs/badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and surrounding area.
• Assist with firearm guest check-in per SOP; greeters must not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
