Responsibilities

• Schedule and create accurate service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
• Promote products/services with precise pricing where appropriate.
• Address customer concerns and follow up for resolution.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to prioritize requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system.
• Meet personal and team KPIs.
• Follow all procedures and policies; seek process improvements.
