DH Pace Company in Olathe, KS is hiring Part Time Customer Support Representatives to join our Contact Center. You will schedule and ticket service requests, promote products, and resolve customer inquiries while coordinating with Dispatch and maintaining ERP records.

This in‑office role offers shift coverage from 1:00pm to 10:00pm on weekdays and weekends, with part‑time flexibility within those hours. Opportunity to grow with a family‑owned, century‑old company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create accurate service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
• Promote products and services and quote pricing when appropriate.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to prioritize and fulfill requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
• Meet personal and team KPI targets.
• Follow policies and continuously seek process improvements.
