Job summary

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality service over the phone and email. You will help customers navigate the site, answer account questions, and provide light technical support.

On-the-job training is provided. Candidates should have strong communication, excellent customer service, and attention to detail, plus basic computer skills (Microsoft, Gmail, Adobe) and the ability to work 29

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe.
• Flexible scheduling, able to work 29 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and support over the phone and via email.
• Assist customers with navigating the company website and answering account questions.
• Provide light technical support and work on assigned projects.
• Package documents for mailing as needed.
