Job summary

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality service over the phone and email. You will help customers navigate the site, answer account questions, and provide light technical support.

On-the-job training is provided. Candidates should have strong communication, excellent customer service, and attention to detail, plus basic computer skills (Microsoft, Gmail, Adobe) and the ability to work 29

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe.
• Flexible scheduling, able to work 29 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD) is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support over the phone and through email. You will assist customers with navigating the company website, answering general customer account related questions, and some light technical support. Other responsibilities could include working on assigned projects and packaging documents for mailing.
