Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for Auto Data Direct, Inc. You will provide a high level of customer service over the phone and via email, assist customers with navigating the company website, and answer general account questions with light technical support.

On-site role with on-the-job training; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe.
• Flexible Scheduling, able to work 29 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service over the phone and by email.
• Assist customers with navigating the company website and account questions.
• Provide light technical support and resolve basic issues.
• Work on assigned projects and package documents for mailing.
