Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a part-time customer service and administrative associate to support station operations. The role covers responding to inquiries, resolving issues and promoting services, while handling routine clerical tasks. This is a non-driving position with evening hours.

Typical schedule is Monday through Saturday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm, with Fridays and Sundays off. Applicants must meet education requirements and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and promote company services.
• Perform administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• This is a non-driving position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
