Graybar Electric Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Somerville, MA. You will serve as a key contact for customers, enter orders, handle requests and provide timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection, and coordinate order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, credits and claims to keep customers happy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims
