Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and providing timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

You will handle calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection and coordinate orders, pricing, expediting, billing and credits. The role emphasizes strong communication and a passion for service with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
