Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our State College club located at 118 S Fraser St, State College, PA 16801. You will welcome members, answer phones, assist with sign-ups, and support a high-energy, judgment-free gym environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, PTO, EAP, and a free Black Card Membership. Schedule includes various shifts with regular pay increases after milestones.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Process purchases and log amenities at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes to members and newcomers.
• Keep the club clean, sanitized and safe.
