Laundry Capital is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Worcester, MA location. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine choices, and order processing while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle flexible scheduling, including overnight shifts. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must communicate with customers and colleagues professionally.
• Must work well with others and stay calm in stress.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders; address questions/concerns.
• Accurately operate the register or POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep retail items stocked and report inventory or janitorial needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
