Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases.
• Accurately operate the register/ POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promote add-ons.
• Keep retail area stocked and report inventory or janitorial needs.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to a supervisor.
• Help keep store clean and safe during shifts.
