Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Woodside, NY location. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and wash and fold orders while keeping a clean, safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail sales purchases, wash and fold orders and with any other questions or concerns that arise.
• Responsible for accurately utilizing the cash register or point of retail sale computer.
• Maintains knowledge of products sold and encourages customers to purchase additional items.
• Ensures retail sales items are neatly stocked and communicates inventory needs to management.
• Audits log books for maintenance issues and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
