Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for PM/Closing shifts and weekends at our Worcester location. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases while ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.

You’ll operate the cash register, know product details, and assist with inventory and maintenance tasks. The role requires 8+ hour stand, overnight availability, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Able and willing to work overnight.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and associates.
• Flexible (open) schedule preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate cash register/point of sale accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell items.
• Keep shelves stocked and notify management when supplies run low.
• Complete log books and communicate maintenance or safety issues.
