Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for overnight and weekend shifts at our Clean Rite Center in Revere, MA. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases while delivering friendly service.

Primary duties include operating the cash register, assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store clean and safe. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift.
• Overnight work availability.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate cash register / POS accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe store and assist with housekeeping.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
