Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Laundromax location in Worcester, MA. You will interact with customers, assist with laundry cards and machine use, and process sales while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking items, and communicating inventory needs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; strong teamwork and a calm demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must communicate with customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Ability to work well with others and stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and related services.
• Operate cash register or POS system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and report inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report emergencies or maintenance issues.
