Job summary

Laundry Capital operates over 90 laundromats nationwide under Clean Rite Centers and Laundromax. This Fall River location offers in-person service, a part-time schedule, and a friendly, fast-paced environment where CSAs help customers with card use, machines, and purchases.

You will be part of a team, with opportunities for growth to lead roles, and a sales bonus program; benefits include flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must communicate with all customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation.
• Process retail purchases and wash-and-fold orders accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage add-on purchases.
• Keep retail items stocked and report inventory or maintenance issues.
• Operate the register and use log books for reporting.
