Job summary

Burlington Stores in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Lead who will mentor associates and model Burlington’s philosophy to ensure a consistently customer-first shopping experience. You will lead by example, drive friendly and efficient service, and support front-end operations.

You’ll manage day-to-day service, improve checkout speed, and coordinate schedules while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirement to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
