Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Roxbury, MA location. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders, while efficiently operating the POS system and keeping the store tidy and stocked.

As a face of the store, you’ll communicate with customers and teammates, follow safety procedures, and support maintenance reporting. Flexible scheduling, including overnight shifts, is available to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.
• Professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or POS system accurately.
• Keep retail items stocked and notify management when supplies run low.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns using log books.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow safety practices.
