Job summary

Laundry Capital's Revere location is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help run a clean, safe and friendly store. You will assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and retail purchases while supporting daily operations.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules, including overnight shifts, are available, with a bonus program and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must communicate professionally with customers and associates.
• Must work well with others and stay calm under pressure.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products sold and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep retail items stocked and notify management when inventory is low.
• Report maintenance issues using log books and alert a supervisor to safety concerns.
