Job summary

Prov Inc in Sandy, Utah is hiring a part-time Customer Service Advocate (on-site) to deliver 5-star service via inbound calls and accurate documentation. Two shifts are available: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM (bilingual Spanish preferred) and 1:30 PM–7:30 PM (bilingual Spanish required).

Role requires bilingual skills, high school diploma, and strong communication. Training is provided; this is an in-person position with a focus on customer satisfaction and careful record-keeping.
