Weis Markets in Towson, MD is hiring a part-time Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, ring up purchases, bag items, and help resolve questions promptly. You will handle cash, checks, and electronic payments, maintain accuracy, and follow store procedures for tobacco/alcohol sales.

The role also includes sanitation duties, PPE use, and occasional cross-department support. Experience is not required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Greet customers and resolve questions politely and promptly.
• Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash register; bag merchandise and assist customers.
• Ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling; follow security procedures.
• Adhere to store policies for tobacco and alcohol sales; maintain OSHA and health guidelines.
• Stay informed about weekly ads and promotions; assist in maintaining store layout.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; handle PPE correctly; assist in other departments as needed.
