Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Maryland. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help resolve concerns promptly in a polite and professional manner.

The role involves operating the cash register, scanning equipment, and bagging merchandise correctly while ensuring accurate checkout procedures. You will also maintain department cleanliness and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve questions or concerns promptly in a courteous manner.
• Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash register; follow checkout procedures and bag merchandise.
• Ensure accurate transactions and proper cash handling; follow tobacco and alcohol sale guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store layout to answer questions.
• Keep department clean and sanitized per schedules and OSHA requirements.
• Assist in other departments as needed and follow PPE usage.
