Responsibilities

• Operates front end scanning equipment and cash register, bags merchandise efficiently.
• Maintains transaction accuracy and proper cash handling, including checks, electronic payments and coupons.
• Keeps knowledge of weekly ads and store layout to assist customers.
• Maintains department sanitation and adheres to health and OSHA requirements.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department and store operation.
